Your Future

  • 401(k) - Employees can contribute up to 60% of their compensation, up to the IRS maximum for a calendar year.  Atrium uses the services of Fidelity Investments for our 401(k) plan.
  • 3% company contribution to your 401(k) – automatically six (6) months from your start date, your contribution is not required.  Vesting is 100% immediately.
