VGTS Vein Graft Tunneling System

The Atrium Vein Graft Tunneling System (VGTS) is an extraordinary low profile and easy to use vein graft tunneling and implantation device.  Atrium’s patented graft deployment system promotes a quick, easy to use, less traumatic technique when implanting harvested veins for peripheral arterial bypass or dialysis surgery.

The VGTS is intended for use in peripheral bypass and dialysis access surgery when using a patient’s native vein.  The VGTS was created to allow a harvested vein to be delivered using Atrium’s Low Profile Tunneling System.  This patented and novel technology allows for the least amount of trauma and contamination for both the patient and the autologous bypass graft.  The native vein can be easily placed into the slip knot and secured, and then the plastic sheath is extended to protect the vein during tunneling & implantation.
